I am from paradise.
I am from the land
they call the “Swiss Middle East.”
I am from a town where I flee
and the mountains and the river
like a butterfly.
I am from the snow
the sun
and the wind
that give me life.
I am from the land that touches
my soul and my body.
I am from a worm house
built in love.
I am from the five senses
that keep me alive.
I am from a valley that
holds the life of my town.
I am from the mud that reminds me
I came from the soil.
I am from the natural food
comes from the heart of our ground.
