Charge inside a whisper.
That is what I would do—
and bounce from sound to sound,
hearing dodgy, clattery
secrets that swerve
inside and out, and prance
from one atom to another.

Outside a whisper it is quiet,
like butterflies in a field,
while inside, it is a different world,
where creatures slouch and lounge,
hearing secrets so loud,
they have to deliver them
to the next person.
